While I’d love to answer all your questions personally, at last I am just one man .

Each design and or photography order is fulfilled in a lossless .PNG container or any requested format by the client i.e. TIFF, PDF, JPG…

If you ordered a logo you will also receive a .AI vector format for large print applications. (.SVG container is also available)

If you ordered a animated intro or graphic it will be delivered in a high quality QuickTime .MOV container.

The clock starts ticking for me after initial payment. Most jobs take me around 72 hours, but I give myself a buffer of 120 hours to turn in a project.

If the job requires that I work on a series of designs, I will give myself 96 hours per piece in requested set.

After a free consultation, we begin the payment process which is handled 50/50 via PayPal or CashApp. I require half the project cost upfront to get started and for the work that follows. When the job is complete and you’re happy with how the project turned out we can handle the final payment.

I offer up to one free revision per project which can involve multiple requests i.e.; color change, changes in composition, add / remove / change elements, and more. After that there is a revision fee that is 1/5 of the project’s total cost per revision.

Your project files are sent to you within the same day you make your final payment via E-Mail and my own private server where your files will remain online indefinitely for beyond easy access by whomever you choose.

You also never need to worry about loosing your files, as I know it happens. I backup your files on three drives, one active, one offline, and one remote.
